Client Onboarding
Welcome to Ames 2 Please Taxes. This page outlines what you can expect when working with me, along with a checklist of documents you may need for your tax preparation. My goal is to make this process clear, calm, and accessible for every client.
Client Expectations
- You will receive clear communication and step‑by‑step guidance throughout the process.
- Appointments will be paced to support your communication and processing needs.
- You may request written summaries, slower pacing, or breaks at any time.
- All documents must be submitted through the secure portal unless otherwise arranged.
- Turnaround times may vary during peak tax season; I will always communicate realistic timelines.
- You will be notified promptly if additional information or clarification is needed.
- Respectful, judgment‑free support is provided to all clients, including neurodiverse individuals.
